Do you believe in Mental Telepathy?

Hafa Adai. My name is Norbert Perez and I come from the paradise island of Guahan.
My ancestors were known as Hacha'moris or Taotaomo'nas and they practiced
a unique but advance form of  mental telepathy. The old people developed and used a
ceremonial herbal tea, called: pupulun aniti. This potent recipe, when consumed,
brought them physically to a state of mild and mellow high. Additionally, my
ancestors also practiced the sacred art of chanting, which postured them mentally
and physically to a level of intense concentration. These elements, I feel, are
the basic ingredients for harnessing the power of the mind and the core medium for
telepathic communications.

I am conducting an independent research on the subject matter and I need
